What is ClubSafe?
ClubSafe is a straightforward quality assurance system designed to help sports clubs and organisations operate efficiently and effectively within East Lothian. Clubsafe provides support and development opportunities to clubs whilst giving families and facility provider’s comfort in knowing that clubs are operating safely.
ClubSafe helps sports clubs and organisations look at what they do and unlocks support and resources to assist with club improvements. ClubSafe helps East Lothian Council promote and reward accredited clubs operating across East Lothian.
Who is ClubSafe for?
ClubSafe is designed for community clubs & organisations, private, commercial and third sector organisations who offer safe and inclusive opportunities for people living in East Lothian and wish to attain accredited standard approval from East Lothian Council for their services.

How to gain ClubSafe?
Step 1
Register club/organisation details into ClubSafe system.
Step 2
Upload club/organisation documents into ClubSafe system.
Step 3
Pay £25 annual membership fee.
Step 4
Receive ClubSafe approval email.
Step 5
You are now ClubSafe Accredited and can start receiving all the benefits that are included within your membership
